High entropy can still be resilient

A society can grow with more mess and still be more resilient if family, schools, culture, and life philosophy keep capability building intact.

India is growing with a lot more entropy. Even when the path looks slower, the system can be more resilient and less brittle than a low-entropy forced march, if capability building and cultural institutions function. Family system, schools, society, and life philosophy are not soft decoration on growth. They are part of how a large, diverse society absorbs shock and still compounds.

I do not treat mess as a strategy. I treat resilient mess as a different design problem from brittle order. The job is to keep the institutions that form people healthy enough that entropy does not become decay.
