Hard work needs mentoring and time
For anyone ready to work hard, right guidance, mentoring, and time are what it takes. Motivation alone is not the bottleneck.
Right guidance, mentoring, and time is all it takes for anyone who is ready to work hard. Effort without orientation still stalls. Orientation without time still fails. The combination is ordinary and rare at the same time: ordinary because it is not magic; rare because institutions under-invest in the middle of the path.
I would rather spend energy on that middle than on slogans about hustle or talent.
