Private schools optimise survival; workforce is a public duty
Families send children to private schools for local reasons. Those schools run for economic upside. Building the next workforce remains a government duty.
Anyone who can afford it is sending children to private schools, even from remote districts and villages. Rural roads widened catchment areas; employment guarantees and food schemes raised disposable income for many households. Private schools became more viable.
Government still cannot step out completely. Building the next workforce is a public responsibility, not something private schools are designed to carry. Schools run as private enterprises must run for economic upside. They are not expected, by default, to optimise national capability. Confusing family exit from weak government schools with a solved talent strategy is a category error.
