Sovereign tools die when the experience bar is absolute
If a local product gets support only after matching the best-funded global experience, it may never get a fair path to existence.
So a sovereign product cannot be supported until it has the same experience as the best in the world, who have far more resources. That standard sounds rigorous and often functions as a quiet veto. Products improve through use, capital, and iteration. Demanding finished parity before any serious support is how a society stays dependent while congratulating itself on taste.
The hard design problem is intermediate standards: good enough to use, open enough to improve, and protected enough to grow without pretending resource gaps do not exist.
